Minister for Health, Ms Mary Harney presents the ISO 9001:2000 award
to Bernadette and Declan Fagan of Temple Spa.
It is the policy of Temple Spa to provide a service that consistently meets or exceeds the requirements and expectations of our customers.
This is achieved by
- prioritising customer service
- providing a high standard of food and accommodation and
- professionally delivered spa programme
- by qualified staff,
- in a clean and pleasing environment
- utilising a formal process of setting and achieving company objectives
- provision of training to ensure the availability of the most up to date treatments
Temple Spa maintains a documented quality system which satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The practices and procedures adhere to all legal requirements and codes of practice.
All employees of Spa are committed to the Quality System and receive the necessary training to ensure our service is delivered effectively and continuously improved upon, to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels. Management is committed to providing safe and pleasant working conditions and to fostering the personal development of employees through their work.
