Full Day Programmes
Typical Schedule:
9.00 to 9.30 - Arrival, welcome, change for yoga or appointment.
9.30 to 1.15 - Yoga and individual appointments for selected treatments.
During the morning, join in a yoga class, guided walk or posture class, work out in the gym or relax in the vitality pool, sauna and steamroom. Or just sit and read the day’s papers. Or pay a visit to the juice bar where you can purchase a freshly made juice or smoothie.
12.45 to 2.15 – Delicious Spa Lunch in the Garden Room restaurant
2.15 to 5.00 – Individual appointments or guided walk, cycle or relaxation in the vitality pool, sauna and steam room.
5.00 to 5.30 - Short guided relaxation class.
Relaxing Day
The Relaxing Day includes an hour-long full body massage or reflexology treatment.
